Selvedge Quilted Zip Bags (variety of sizes available) Drop in Make and Take
Choose your size in this make and take class. We provide the materials, assistance, guidance- you provide your own machine and basic sewing supplies.
Make a pencil tote, a quilted makeup case, a laptop or project bag. Use our Free Spirit selvedge edge packs to create your own. The average project will take 1-2 hours or so.
Class fee includes 1 zipper, a selvedge pack, batting (if desired), instructions and guidance. You are free to stay and make more. Drop in any time between 10:30am and 3:00pm. The shop is open until 4:00. Taught by Wendy and Janel.
Optional- you may want to bring some of your own selvedge to make more bags (though the selvedge packs have approx 80 strips).
Selvedge packs vary and are from Free Spirit, many of the backs contain selvedge from Tula and Kaffe though other lines are included.
