SS.MAR12026: Ana's Sewing Room Swap & Shop: Spring Edition Clear the Clutter, Find New Treasures! Table Rental



The Sewing Room Swap and Shop is a "stash destash" event designed to help the sewing community clear out unused items while giving others a chance to find new treasures. 

Event Overview

The goal is to provide a dedicated space for sewists/crafters to sell fabrics, notions, and tools they no longer need, creating a sustainable way to refresh a sewing stash.

  • First Event Dates: March 21–22, 2026.

  • Location: Ana’s Sewing Room, Appleton.  1230 W College Ave.

  • The "Swap": Sellers rent a dedicated table space to display and sell their own stash.

  • The "Shop": Attendees browse the various vendor tables to buy directly from fellow community members.

Ready to be the boss of your own "mini-quilt shop" for a weekend? We are hosting a Sewing Room Swap & Shop at Ana’s Sewing Studio, and we want YOU to join us as a seller!

How it works:

  1. Rent a Table: Secure your spot at our Appleton Ana's Sewing Room location (right next door to our shop)

  2. Set Your Shop: Bring in your fabric, notions, and kits and set up your own display.  Bring crafts, anything sewing and craft related you'd like to sell.  While we emphasize bringing supplies, you can also bring crafts you've made to sell.

  3. Sell & Socialize: Stay with your stash, meet fellow makers, and sell your items directly to shoppers!

  4. Refresh: Use your earnings to find new-to-you treasures from other tables or shop the latest arrivals at the Studio.

Space is limited, so grab your table soon!

Vendor Logistics

  • Space: One 8 ft table within a 6x8 ft footprint.

  • Availability: Limited to the first 10 vendors to sign up.  Vendors can sell Saturday AND Sunday or just Saturday if they wish.  Price is the same.

  • Requirement: Vendors must remain set up until the daily closing time (unless prearranged).  Vendors are responsible for "manning" their booth and any transactions.

  • Amenities: Wi-Fi included; electricity available upon request (wall space not guaranteed).

  • Focus: Destashing fabric, notions, and crafting supplies and related materials (used or new). Finished handmade items are also welcome, though not our focus.

  • Vendor Cost:  $25/table
