Fresh & Flawless: The Quilted Countertop Drying Mat

Ditch the boring, mass-produced dish mats and add a pop of handmade charm to your kitchen! Join Ana at our Appleton studio on Saturday, July 18, from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM for a creative, full-day workshop. Perfectly tailored for beginners and advanced beginners, this class will teach you how to easily piece and quilt a beautiful, durable countertop drying mat.
Using a clever design from Poorhouse Quilt Designs, you’ll learn the secrets to working with specialized Bosal foam stabilizer, which gives the mat its perfect structure, heat resistance, and absorbency. Measuring a generous 15" x 17", your finished mat will be the perfect home for your favorite hand-washed dishes.
